The Wheel

Four issues of The Wheel were published by W. W. Mull in Kannapolis, North Carolina. Described as a rag and a “backwoods house party” publication by the editor Ed Nickel, The Wheel was dedicated to record collectors. Lists of records for sale, records wanted, and information on recordings predominates, along with reviews of historic recordings and articles on jazz trends and the recording industry.
